It couldn’t be easier. We’re just a short walk from the Metropolitan line at Wembley Park which gets to Baker Street in around 12 minutes, and Bond Street in 15 minutes. We’re also very close to Wembley Central, which is connected to the Bakerloo and Overground lines. The Bakerloo line will get you to Oxford Circus in around 25 minutes, so it’s perfect for getting into Central London. Not to mention Wembley Stadium station.
There are plenty of tube lines in close proximity. Wembley Park, which has the Metropolitan & Jubilee lines is just a 10 minute walk, and Wembley Central with the Bakerloo & London Overground, is just a 2 minute walk.
Absolutely! You can get to the City of London via Jubilee line in around 30 minutes and the West End (Bond St) in around 15 minutes on the Metropolitan line. You can also get to Canary Wharf via the Jubilee line in around 35 minutes.

UNCLE Wembley has a resident gym with Peloton bikes, two coworking spaces with private phone booths, communal lounges, roof terraces, parcel collection, secure cycle storage and parking, live-in resident manager and an on-site team 5 days a week and a digital maintenance app.
UNCLE Wembley is perfectly set up for people that want to work from home. We’ve got two coworking spaces in building with private phone booths for meetings and monitors. High-speed Wi-Fi is standard throughout the building. Plus there’s excellent internal and external soundproofing in apartments if you fancy working in your apartment.
The windows at UNCLE Wembley are very well insulated, meaning you won’t be disturbed by noises from outside (plus they’ll keep you nice and warm in the winter). There is also very high quality noise insulation between apartments to minimise any noise travel there too.
At UNCLE Wembley we pride ourselves on transparency (aka we believe in simple contracts that won’t tie you in knots).

Currently we ask for a security deposit and our affordability criteria is at 30x monthly rent in gross annual salary. If you are self-employed we require 3 years tax returns.

Our intentionally quiet building design means it’ll never feel crowded and we’re just a short walk from loads of beautiful outdoor space and good local schools. We also have a private play park for children right here at UNCLE Wembley!
With the Wembley Park designer outlet with 200+ shops just a five minute walk away, plus the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre and BOXPARK Wembley very close too, you won’t be short for things to do. Plus there are multiple supermarkets very close, so it’s extra convenient when you need to do a top up shop. Wembley high road is also right on your doorstep with lots of great takeaways if you don’t feel like cooking.
UNCLE Wembley absolutely is pet friendly! We love pets here, and in our building community you’ll find plenty of other pet owners to socialise with. And the ample green space in walking distance means it’s easy to get them out for fresh air.
UNCLE Wembley comes with resident managers who actually live in the building and genuinely take pride in knowing resident names and saying good morning!
The UNCLE Wembley community is a mix of young professionals, families and creatives with regular resident events organised by the on-site team and by the residents themselves. Communal lounges and roof terrace encourage neighbourhood connections. You’ll love it!

Our on-site team are available Monday to Saturday with an out-of-hours emergency line 24/7 for those unexpected hiccups. UNCLE Wembley also has live-in resident managers – so who better to ask about life in the building than your very own neighbours! There is also a digital maintenance request process with tracked response times to make sure we don’t keep residents waiting.
We take security very seriously with key fob and card access throughout the building, plus we also use the Salto phone app for access. CCTV is in place across all communal areas and entrances and we have a video intercom system for all apartment. Our on-site team is available during working hours, plus there is secure underground cycle storage and secure parking.
