When something needs fixing, you don’t want to chase. In our build-to-rent properties, there’s a dedicated maintenance team, so issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Routine repairs are fixed within 48 hours. They don't become a headache or your burden to bear.

Standards are monitored and maintained in individual apartments and communal spaces to ensure that spaces always look their best, and if we ever need to close communal facilities to get maintenance work done, we'll give you as much notice as possible to ensure you can plan accordingly.

You may need approval, and there could be certain conditions, depending on the pets you have, but the starting point is far more open than traditional renting.
